Eclipse walked over to the stream, and she too began to drink the refreshing water. When she had finished, she shook her black, velvety head, and stretched her wings. Eclipse then began to quietly groom her silver feathers. Then she looked up at Zuko. "You know, they're probabl waiting for you to tell them what to do now that you're our new leader." She advised with a small smile.

Zuko looked at her thoughtfully. He didn't want to push peopel around unless it was a live or die situation. "Well, the most important standings right now are lead mare." He said. He glanced over the herd with his gentle black eyes.

Eclipse nodded. "True. I forgot about that." She said with a slight snort of amusment at her own stupidity. "But they might just want to know if we're going to move anywhere, or if they could continue with what they were doing so they arn't standing there all day," Eclipse suggested with a small laugh.

"They can stay here if they want, I don't feel like going anywhere else," Zuko said laughing. He turned to the herd and said to all of them and said, "You can all stay here, I don't wish to move."

Eclipse smiled as all the horses went back to their original stations, all talking excitedly with one-another. Then the black Pegasus stepped into the stream, which was rally more like a river because of it's width and depth. She splashed the cool water onto herself, and swished her wings around on the water, washing them.

Zuko thought hard for a moment. Then he finally said, standing at the edge of the river. "If you want to be the lead mare... you can be..." He hesitated, "I know you better than all the mares here." His black glittery eyes watched her expression.

Eclipse silver pools looked up at Zuko and smiled. "Of course I will, thank you."

When Eclipse had finished washing herself, she climbed out of the river and onto its bank, where Zuko was currently standing. Eclipse's midnight coat sparkled with water in the sunlight. She trotted out of reach from Zuko, and began to shake, flinging water in all directions until she was almost dry.
Eclipse then walked over to a lush patch of dewey grass in the sunshine, and started grazing, letting her coat dry.

Zuko watched the water sprinkle off her, then he joined her in grazing. His black glittering eyes watched over the herd and his new lead mare.

Eclipse looked up as a raven called, soaring overhead. The mare smiled, and stretched her wings, wanting to fly again. The movement caused her pain in her chest, and she remembered her wound. The Pegasus looked to the healing den, and then back to Zuko. "I'm gonna' go get this cut healed. Be back soon." Eclipse said, and walked over to the shade of the den where her friend Rain had just finished healing an old mare.
Eclipse smiled, and Rain looked up at her friend. "Good thing you're here. I was just about to come get you. That wound shouldn't be left untreated." Eclipse nodded in acknowledgment, and allowed her friend to examine her. Rain was another Pegasus, with a whitish-creamy coat. She had white stockings, and the faded black buckskin marks directly above them. Her muzzle was also a faded black, and she had a white blaze.
Rain waked over to a pile of herbs, and lowered her neck to the ground, picking a few dark green leaves up in her muzzle. The Pegasus gently pressed the leaves into Eclipse's wound with the top of her nose. "I'll go get a Unicorn to mend the rest. The leaves make sure it doesn't get infected," Rain advised her friend before trotting around the corner.
A few moments later, a bay Unicorn with bright blue eyes came around the same corner Rain had trotted off in, and dipped her head to Eclipse before walking up to her, and lowereng her head so the tip of her golden horn gently touched the center leaf in the middle f Eclipse's wound. Her horn began to glow, and moments later, the leaves and wund dissolved.
Eclipse whatched in amazement, and when the Unicorn had finished healing her, the two dipped their heads, and went their seperate ways. The midnight Pegasus trotted happily back over to the patch of grass Zuko had been grazing in, and began to graze quietly again, swishing her long silvery-white tail.

Zuko looked to where her cound had been, he sopped chewing then swallowed tha have chewed food. "Where did you cut go?" He asked her curously. His head was at normal height now and staring at her with curiousity.

"I'm not sure. It just desolved. Unicorn's healing powers are truly amazing." Eclipse stated. The mare looked up to the sky once more, and asked Zuko, "Wanna' go flying? It's beautiful today." Her silver eyes looked at Zuko softly, awaiting his reply.

Eclipse laughed gently. "You're the leader, you tell me." She said with a hint of amusment in her voice. She pondered a moment. " Or I can just tell everyone we'll be uot awhile and to stay here, doing whatver they were doing?" The Pegasus suggested.
