Destiny pricked her ears, her amber eyes searching the territory for any danger. She was itching to run, and her nostrils flared with impatience. As sson as she confirmed her saftey, she reared up onto her hind legs, hooves thrashing, and let out a loud whinney of joy. The Palomino then leaped forard, and pushed off the ground as hard as she could with each step, quickly gaining speed.
The lush grasslands whipped past her in a blur, and the warm summer wind whipped through Destiny's long silky white mane and tail. Her hoofbeats seemed to echo off the mountains like thunder.
She finally slowed down when she realized she was starting to get close to the MountainHerd's territory.

Princess looked up as she heard hooves go past her. She gave a gentle smile as she saw Destiny. She stood up and ran after her. "Mind if I run with you?" Princess asked. Destiny was one of her only friends.

Destiny nodded to her friend, smiling. "Of course!" She trtted over o her friend. "Ready?"

"Of course I'm ready" Princess said. SHe gently shook her mane then went running. She laughed gently as she ran. She loved feeling the wind flow through her mane.

"Hey!" Destiny laughed, springing forwards. She quickly catched up with Princess, and the two unicorns ran side by side. "Ha, ha! This is great! I love running!" Destiny called to the the sky, her horn glowing at the tip.

Princess laughed gently. "We all love running" she said. She looked up and saw an agle flying over head. She gave a gentle smile to it and ran faster. SHe loved racing birds.

Destiny followed Princess' gaze above, and saw the eagle soaring overhead. She grinned inwardly, and sprinted faster, racing the bird too. They galloped down a hill, and through the woods, still racing the giant bird above. Destiny's mane streamed in the wind, and her long forelock tangled about her horn.

Princess ran faster. She wanted to beat the other two. She was getting really tired though. She made one last leap then slowed to a stop, panting slightly. SHe walked over to a small creak and started to drink out of it.

Destiny halted beside her friend, and then began to drink the ice cold, refreshing water. When she had finished, she tosed her head and whinnied in joy. "That was so much fun! But we should probably be getting back to the herd now. We're not supposed to stay away very long."
Destiny trotted to the other side of Princess, and pationetly waited for her to finish drinking her fill.

Sombra whinnied. He could smell others from afar. He flapped his large black wings and took to an instant flight. He soared over the grasses watchign for others. He needed to be in a heard to be safe. He flew a bit more faster now and soon came apon two mares. HE nickered a welcome then landed gracfully. His hooves touched ground and he folded his wings.

Destiny turned around, and saw a black pegasus stallion before her. She nodded her greeting and took a step forwards. "I'm Destiny and this is my friend Princess. I have not seen you before, where do you come from?"

"The Mountains far from here," Sombra said. "They are to dangerous for anyone. I saw many mountain lions." He steped a bit forward. "Oh, I forgot my manners, I'm Sombra," He said. His hazel eyes watched her curiously. "Are you the leader here?" He asked.

"No, we're not leaders. It's nice to meet you Sombra" Princess said. She was suspicious of this horse, but tried to hide it. "We'll take you back to the herd, come on" she said and ran away.

Destiny flicked her white tail, and cantered after Princess. She didn't suspect this stallion was dangerous from his friendly greeting, but she would still be a little cautious about him.

"Do you trust him?" Princess asked Destiny quietly. She looked back at Sombra curiously. She wasn't sure how dangerous he was. She wasn't going to take any chances though.
