Story stood underneath the shade of a willow. She was at the forsts edge only to see what was about. She whinnied hopfully. She didn't like being alone for long. After the last of her long note rang out she turned and galloped swiftly into the forest. HEr blue coat glimmeredin the dim light.

Sashay looked up from her grazing at the sound of a whinney nt far from where she stood. She whinnied back, and pricked her ears, waiting for a reply to her question, "Where are you?"

"Near the edge of the forest," Her next neigh said. Her black mane whipped back as she gallopped toward the sound. Her keen chesnut eyes searched around.

The light gray arabian turned swiftly towards the sound of the other mares voice, her black mane flowing out behind her. Sashay's crystal blue eyes searched for the other mare when seh had reached the edge of the forest. She spotted a dark figure nearby, and cautiously walked foreward.

Story slowed down and saw horse shaped figure approching. She nickered gently just to make sure it was a horse. Her blue body glittered in the light given.

Sashay's ears pricked, and she nickered back, trotting forewards. "Story? Is that you? I hadn't reconized your voice." The mare said, her light gray coat turning silvery blue in the moonlight.

"Well, we haven't seen each other in a long time though. Weren't we little filly's when we last saw each other?" Story asked. She searched the forest in case of danger. Seeing nothing she looked back to her old friend. Her onyx forelock hung gently over he cheek, just missing her eyes.

"Well, we're in the same herd. I guess we just never really spoke to eachother much. And I honestly don't know why." Sashay replied. She looked down at her swollen belly and smiled. Then she looked up at her friend gain and said softly, "I bet you didn't know I'm pregnant."

"Congratulations," Story said. Then added humorously, "I first thought you just gained wieght! But my second guess was that you were pregnant." Story shook her mane getting a fly off it then shook her forelock out of her eyes.

Sashay laughed softly. "Yeah, that's the impression most horses get. So what do you want to do?" The gray flecked Arabian asked smiling softly.

"Well," I'm getting thirtsty. There is a sstream further in the woods," Story said heading toward it. As she pasted under the trees then sent unique shapes of rays of light on her blue coat. Her blank mane and tail moved wither her as she moved.

Phantom looked at the other two. He had been walking in the woods for awhile. "Hey, what's new?" he asked walking over to them.

Sashay had started to follow Story, when she heard a new voice behind her. "Oh, hi Phantom. I didn't see you here. We were just on our way to get a drink in the woods." The mare briefly bowed her head in greeting, letting her dark forelock fall in her face.

Story slowwed to a stop and walked back to Phantom and Sashay. "Hello Phantom," Story said shyly. Her chesnut eyes watched him then flitted to Sashay.

Sashay's icey blue eyes darted from Phantom to Story. "Uhh, we're just gonna go now. You can come if it's alright with Story. I mean, if you even wanted to." She said quietly. Sashay nodded to her friend, saying that it was all up to her.
