Eclipse nodded her velvety black head, and her brilliant, silver eyes searched the ground below for a place to land. "There's a good spot," she said, motioning with one of her forehooves to a clearing in the evergreens. She tucked her silver-feathered wings close, and fell gracefully from the sky.
When she was close enough to touch the tops of the pines with her hoof, she opened her wings, and hovered above the clearing, waiting for Zuko to catch up.

Zuko doved silently after her, then hovered above her waiting for her to land. His creme, black, ad dark blue body glimmered in the rising moonlight. He watched the elegant mare closly. She is very pretty, he thought.

Eclipse nodded to Zuko, seeing that he was waiting for her to land. The pegasus nare gently fluttered her wings, coming down from the air in a spiral. She reached out her forelegs first, her hooves hitting the solid earth.

Zuko followed after her. He touched the ground and folded his wings. He landed with a quiet thump of hooves. "Do you know of any places to stay?" He asked her, breaking the peicful silence.

"Well, we could go back into the heart of StormHerd and sleep with them. There's good shelter there." Eclipse suggested. "Or, I know a place that might be better. I usually sleep there. But it's up to you." The black pegasus said, giving a sight swish with her silvery-white tail.

"Okay, follow me." Eclipse said, nodding her head slightly, understanding his desicion. She turned, and started to open her wings, but then stopped and turned her head to face Zuko again. "Oh, and it's a little far away, so you're probably gonna' have to fly fast. So, just try and keep up with me." Eclipse said with a slight laugh. She turned away from Zuko again, and opened her wings to their full extent, and rearing her full height. She slightly smiled, and pushed off the ground with her rear legs, and flapped her wings until she was in the air. Eclipse looked behind her to make sure Zuko was following, and soared higher, getting better altitude. She flapped her wings harder, making her go faster. She soared above the forest below, and over a small plain until she was at another forest. This one was greener, and smeeled fresher. After traveling in the air awhile, the sound of tons of water falling could be heard a distance away. Eclipse smiled inwardly, knowing they had slmost reached their destination. "We're almost there! Just a little further." She called to Zuko. Then a silver waterfall came to view, it ending in a fair sized swimming hole. Eclipse slowed in the air, and circled above the misty waterfall, and slowly decended. When she had reached the ground about a foot from the end of the swimming hole, and near some rocks, Eclipse folded her wings, and looked up to the sky, waiting for Zuko to land. [Heh, heh, heh.  I still have the oppisite of writers block!! xD ] |

Zuko kept up easily. His wings were just a tiny bit longer. He flappped hard and fast his black mane flapped wildly behind his head. His black eyes watched the mare land then he did so himself.

Once Zuko had landed, Eclipse gave him a slight nod, and then began walking around the swimming hole. The silvery water reflected off of her black coat, making it shimmer. She stepped around a mossy rock, and went up to the water's edge. Eclipse arched her neck, and began to drink the cool liquid, sending small ripples across the water's surface.
The waterfall was a little further away from her end of the swimming hole, where she liked to sleep. When Eclpse had finished drinking, she looked up again, and silently trotted over to a mossy bed beneath a weeping willow tree, overlooking the swimming hole and waterfall.

Zuko followed after her. The bright water made the creme color look white and ghosty-ish. His black eyes were still silently mysterious. He looked up at the big willow tree. It looked very peacful and quiet. Perfect to sleep under. And the veiw was very nice too.
Ooc} Now I'm not in the mood to type. -.- XD

Eclipse saw Zuke comeing towards the willow, and she scooted over, making a spot for him to lie down.

Zuko stood next to Eclipse for a moment then went away a distance of 4 feet. He wanted to give her some space, instead of just plopping down next to her where he stood earlier.

Eclipse nodded in understanding as Zuko went a few feet away to lie down. Eclipse stretched, and yawned. "Night." She said quietly, and drifted off to sleep.
[Sorry, I typed 'Zuke' instead of Zuko. ^^;]

"Night," Zuko whispered back. He stayed awake for about a half and hour. His black eyes just staring off at nothing. He put his muzzle on the soft grass still watching. But sa he went on, jsut staring, he began to drift off, starting to get sleepy. He laid down on his side, tuckign a wing over himself anf put his face almost to his chest. He closedh is eyes and fell asleep.
